Foundation Support

Foundations play a crucial role in providing access to performing arts experiences in downtown Dayton.

From sensory inclusive options and school day performances to subsidized venue space for resident organizations and up-and-coming local artists, foundations make Dayton Live’s educational programs and community outreach possible.

Beyond programming support, local and regional foundations enhance the downtown Dayton experience, by introducing people to the arts for the first time and helping to retain and attract an innovative workforce. Welcoming 400,000 people to downtown Dayton each year, Dayton Live’s programming infuses $33 million into the local economy and supports nearly 1,000 local jobs. The impact of offering inclusive arts experiences in downtown Dayton is multifaceted, improving the quality of life in the Dayton region.
