Ticket Donation Request

Dayton Live receives many ticket donation requests each year. As a result, we have established guidelines by which we consider each request. Dayton Live is only able to donate tickets to performances presented by Dayton Live. Requests specifically for tickets to a Dayton Live Broadway Series presentation will most likely be denied due to decreased inventory, permissions, and other contractual obligations.

To be considered for a donation, please adhere to the following submission criteria, and complete the donation request form that follows.

  1. The request must come from an official not-for-profit organizations (501)(c)(3) or an individual on behalf of such organization.
  2. The organization must be based in the Dayton/Miami Valley area, 45-mile radius of the Schuster Center.
  3. Requests must be received no less than four (4) weeks prior to the fundraising event.
  4. Requests benefiting arts, culture, education, and human service agencies are preferred.
  5. Missing information on the form may result in a denial of the request.

All requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If the request meets our criteria and tickets are available, a certificate for tickets to an available performance will be mailed/emailed. The certificate may then be redeemed at the Dayton Live Ticket Office during regular Ticket Office hours. Various restrictions could apply.

Donated tickets CANNOT be repurposed for any use other than the one explicitly stated in this request.
