What is a Broadway Season Ticket Package?
A Broadway in Dayton Season Ticket Package – also known as a subscription – allows you to purchase the same number of tickets for every show in your selected series all at once. All your performances will fall on a set day of the week and time and in the same seats for each performance. You can choose to renew those same seats every year or request an upgrade.

As a Season Ticket Holder, not only do you save over individual ticket purchases, but you also benefit from perks and flexibility not available to individual ticket buyers.

- SWAP-A-SHOW If your calendar makes it impossible for you to attend a certain show or you just prefer another title, swap tickets to one of your Broadway in Dayton shows for extra tickets to another title on the series or tickets to another Dayton Live presentation. Requests must be made no later than 30 days from the performance date you are swapping out and some exclusions apply.

Season Ticket Holders get priority. Just put in your request at the time of renewal and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
- EASY EXCHANGES As a Season Ticket Holder, you can always exchange your tickets to another date of the same show title (as long as it is done at least 24 hours prior to your ticketed performance). Season Ticket pricing is subject to change. You will be responsible for any price differences when you exchange into a more expensive seat location or performance time.

How does guaranteed prepaid parking work?
Subscribers save 40% on parking when they buy in advance. Get all 6 parking passes for The Arts Garage across from the Schuster center for just $36 and ensure a hassle-free start to your performance experience. Please note parking must be purchased at least one week prior to your performance date.

How does the swap-a-show work?
If your calendar makes it impossible for you to attend a certain show or you just prefer another title, swap tickets to one of your Broadway in Dayton shows for extra tickets to another title on the series or tickets to another Dayton Live presentation. Requests must be made no later than 30 days from the performance date you are swapping out and some exclusions apply. More swap-eligible titles will be added soon.
How much do Season Ticket Packages cost?
Season Ticket pricing varies depending on the seating area you choose. We have a variety of prices available to work with every budget.
Are there any additional fees for purchasing Season Tickets?
Season Ticket Holders do not have to pay the 16% per ticket processing fee or the ticket exchange fee. The advertised subscription pricing includes all applicable fees.
How do I purchase a Season Ticket Package?
You can purchase a full, renewable Season Ticket Package online on our Broadway Series page. Just choose your preferred day of the week and performance time, your preferred price section, and any preferred seating specifics or details you may have.
You can also call the Dayton Live Ticket Office at 937-228-3630 (Tuesday-Friday 10 a.m.-6 p.m.) or visit the Box Office inside the Schuster center. If the Schuster center is closed for a private event, please visit the Box Office across the street inside the Victoria Theatre.
I already have Season Tickets – how do I renew?
Renewing is easy! You will automatically be notified by email and receive a renewal packet in the mail shortly after the season is announced. Please make sure mailing address, email, and phone number are up to date to avoid any delays.
You can renew online by logging into your DaytonLive.org account, by calling the Dayton Live Ticket Office at 937-228-3630, or by mailing in the renewal form sent to you.
If I request changes to my Season Tickets, will I lose my original seats?
If we are unable to meet your specific seating change request, you will keep your current seats, so there is no risk to requesting a change in seating location. However, once your seats are moved they are opened up for other patrons to purchase.
What if I miss the renewal deadline?
To make sure that you are notified of your Season Ticket renewal, you will receive notices by mail and email when we begin the renewal process and again by email and by phone/automated phone call closer to the deadline. Please make sure to keep your contact information current so we are able to reach you.
If you miss the deadline, please call the Dayton Live Ticket Office at 937-228-3630 as soon as possible so we can assist you with reseating if availability exists. Season Ticket prices are subject to change after the renewal deadline.
What payment options are available?
Broadway in Dayton Season Ticket Holders have the option to pay in full, or choose a flexible payment option of up to 6 months. Payments will be divided evenly over each month, with the first payment due at the time of order. Remaining payments will automatically charge to your credit card on the consecutive months.
When will I find out my seating location?
A statement of account will arrive by mail by late June/early July detailing your seating location and any amount due.
When will I receive my Season Tickets?
Season Tickets will be mailed by U.S. first-class mail to the address listed on your account 4-6 weeks prior to the first show of the season. If your tickets have not arrived by this time, please contact us to have replacement tickets arranged at no additional charge.
Your tickets will also be available in your Dayton Live account three hours prior to each performance. Just have the screen ready as you enter the building to have your tickets scanned by one of our fantastic volunteers.
Can I purchase additional tickets?
Season Ticket Holders get early access to additional tickets to most shows so you can share your experience with friends and family. Season Ticket Holders will be alerted by email when additional tickets are available to purchase. We encourage you to update your email address on your account so that you will not miss your priority access.
How do I purchase additional tickets?
Once available, additional tickets may be purchased by using the specialized subscriber link in the presale email, by calling the Dayton Live Ticket Office at 937-228-3630, or in person at the Dayton Live Box Office.
How many extra tickets to a show can I purchase?
As a Season Ticket Holder, you are generally able to purchase up to 8 extra tickets within a production. However, some productions may limit the number of extra tickets. If you would like to purchase more than 10 extra tickets, we encourage you to contact our Group Sales Department at 937-977-7160.
I can’t attend my scheduled performance date due to a conflict. How do I exchange my tickets?
This is one of the best benefits of becoming subscriber! If you are unable to attend your scheduled performance, subscribers may exchange their tickets for another performance of the same production.
There are many ways subscribers can exchange their Season Tickets:
- Call the Dayton Live Ticket Office at 937-228-3630 (Tuesday-Friday 10 a.m.-6 p.m.) Please have your tickets in hand when calling.
- In-person at the Dayton Live Box Office inside the Schuster center (Tuesday-Friday 10 a.m.-6 p.m.). If the Schuster Center is closed for a private event, please visit the Box Office across the street inside the Victoria Theatre.
We recommend exchanges in advance as much as possible. Due to the popularity of some shows, ticket exchanges may not be available due to limited inventory. Exchanges will be made into the best available seating.
When exchanging from a lower to a higher priced performance or seat location, the price difference will be collected at the time of the exchange. If you exchange into a lower priced performance or seat location, the difference in price will not be refunded.

Exchanged tickets can be emailed or held at the Box Office for pick up starting 90 minutes prior to curtain.
How do I change my address, phone number or email address?

I don’t know my password. What do I do?
Click here to and click “LOGIN” at the top of the page. Click “Forgot Password?” and enter the email address associated with your account. If the email exists in our system, a password reset email will be sent to you. If you do not know the email address registered to your account or you have any issues with the password reset process, please contact the Dayton Live Ticket Office at 937-228-3630.
I can no longer attend the series and would like to give my Season Tickets to a friend. Is that possible?
Yes, you can transfer your subscription to another person. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing. Please include the new owner’s name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. The letter can be mailed (Dayton Live Ticket Office 138 North Main Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402) or emailed to tickets@daytonlive.org.
Due to an emergency, I missed my scheduled performance. What are my options?
We understand that emergencies happen. Unfortunately, we are not able to honor unused tickets for a missed performance. Tickets must be exchanged 24 hours prior to your performance. No refunds can be given for missed performances.
