Performance Rentals
The Benjamin & Marian Schuster Performing Arts Center, Victoria Theatre, and PNC Arts Annex are available to rent for your performance! If you’re interested in renting one of our venues for a performance, please complete the rental request form below.
Built in 2003, the Schuster Center boasts the state-of-the art Winsupply Theatre and the smaller Mathile Black Box Theatre. The Schuster Center is a union IATSE house. Union labor rates apply.
BEFORE ISSUING A RENTAL CONTRACT, WE MUST HAVE A TECHNICAL RIDER, W-9, GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY TO INSURE THE AMOUNT OF $3,000,000, AND THREE VENUE/PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES.
Support Space
In addition to its technical capabilities, the Schuster Center provides outstanding facilities for the performers. Support space for Winsupply Theatre and the Mathile Theatre includes:
- Dressing rooms that jointly hold more than 100 performers;
- Wardrobe, makeup and hair styling rooms;
- Laundry area;
- The loading dock area features three docks, which can unload and load three trailers simultaneously.
- Performers’ lounge; and
- Visiting companies are also provided an office area in which to conduct business. Additional spaces available upon request.

Dayton’s newest performance and event space is located on the corner of Second and Ludlow Streets, across from the Schuster Center. The PNC Arts Annex is a 12,000-square-foot, one-story space with a spacious studio and a 199-seat black box theatre that can be configured in variety of ways.
